Asphalt 3 for Next Gen N-Gage demo - Video & Thoughts

For the past few days I've had the use of a Nokia N81 8GB, which amongst other things features "gaming keys", two buttons above the screen that let you hold it somewhat like a console when playing games in horizontal mode.

The phone also allows you to access three demos of upcoming Next Gen N-Gage games, including Asphalt 3: Street Rules. Asphalt 3 is a driving game with absolutely no pretentions about being a simulator, it's an arcade game through and through. The demo barely even acknowledges your lap times and prefers you to do naughtier things like smashing into other people's cars and driving your rivals off the road.

It's impossible to tell what the full game is like from this demo, but so far it feels pretty much like the previous Asphalt games on the original gen N-Gage, and a bit too violent and easy. You can see a video of the game in action above.
